At the shareholder’s meeting held on July 19, 2019, Mr. Joung Sik Lee and Sang Keun Lee were appointed as new members of the board of directors. Under the leadership of Prof. Yongmin Kim as the chairman, the board will empower the company to move forward especially in marketing and sales.
